 I am so grateful to have had the assistance of Tina Garcia. Tina arrived and made EVERYTHING so simple. She jumped right in, and was so very caring. delicately as well as methodically , got every room ready to go. What to keep, what not to keep, what and where to donate things, from clothing to kitchenware, to furniture. Once we had all of the above taken care of, Tina began her unbelievably fabulous staging process. I am convinced that this was the major key re: the sale of the home, as she strategically made certain to maintain a comfortable and homey feel in every room.

 As an out of the area property owner, preparing my condo in Palm Desert for the Rental Market was difficult and stressful. Tina helped with scheduling and managing minor repairs and cleaning service appointments. Staging the condo was a great idea, I had a signed Lease Agreement the first week it went on the market!  Tina and my realtor working together was an added bonus! Great job!
